Originally from Minocqua, Jean assisted in the operation of family businesses which motivated her to begin a career in accounting. Jean has experience in business operations, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting and process improvement. Her focus with Schult CPAs is individual tax, tax planning and non-profit taxes, in addition to office operations oversight. Jean is also on many non-profit boards in Marathon County.

Originally from Merrill, Joel has 23 years of experience in tax preparation. He also has 11 years of experience in leadership roles both publicly-traded and privately-held manufacturing companies. He is excited to provide business tax, individual tax, accounting, and M&A services to clients.

Chad Lemanski - Senior Accountant
Chad Lemanski has provided tax, payroll and accounting services for 13 years to individuals and small businesses. He has specialized training in agriculture and farm accounting as well as farm transitions and farm retirements. Outside of work, Chad likes hunting, fishing, grilling cooking and spending time with the family.
Tammy Smith, MPA, CPA – Senior Accountant
Tammy Smith has worked for small and mid-sized accounting firms in Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin with various roles in tax and accounting. She has also gained experience working in the fields of manufacturing and not-for-profit. Tammy, her husband Michael and their three sons enjoy hiking, biking, camping and adventuring in the central Wisconsin area. She is also very involved volunteering at her church and children’s school.

Pete Nievinski – Accountant
Pete Nievinski has specialized in payroll services during his nearly 40 year career. Pete provides both on-site and in-office payroll processing for our clients. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and their rescue dog, Ghost. In his spare time you may see Pete officiating local softball and football games. Pete served in the US Army from 1980 to 1984. While in basic training at For Knox, Pete was an extra in the filming of the movie “Stripes”.
Teri Tucker – Accountant
Teri Tucker joined us after spending many years at a local health care provider in their billing department. Over the years she has completed the bookwork for her family business and township. Teri provides both on-site and in-office payroll processing, accounting and tax services for our clients. Teri and her husband stay busy with all their endeavors and enjoy traveling in their spare time.
Tania Myszka - Administrative Lead
Tania Myszka transitioned from the medical field to being our administrative assistant in 2022. She has taken our lobby by storm and provides the first level of contact for most clients at our firm. Tania grew up on a dairy farm in Edgar, has three grown children and enjoys spending time outdoors.
